Taylor McElroy

California Western School of Law

Taylor McElroy is a second year law student at California Western School of Law. She is active in the LGBTQ community. Currently, Taylor is a Diversity Officer for the American Constitution Society. She is formerly a Board Member for the Queer Alliance in college.

As a JusticeCorps member, Taylor has volunteered at a reproductive rights organization and the San Francisco Superior Court. This experience exposed her to legal advocacy on behalf of victim and women. She has also gained an understanding about the importance of making resources available to vulnerable people in society who are unable to afford an attorney.

Taylor eloquently explains, "I have made it my career’s mission to help others who lack resources." She hopes her law degree will help her advocate for those in need.

SOAR for Justice is privileged to grant Taylor a $500 Scholarship.
