Stanford Law School

Rachel Green is a second year law student at Stanford Law School. She is the Founder and President of Stanford Law Against Gendered Violence and is involved in Stanford Law Reproductive Justice and Stanford Law Women in Politics. Rachel also serves as a Title IX & Sexual Assault Lead.

After graduating from college, Rachel completed a Master of Arts in Belfast funded by the U.S. - Ireland Alliance. She wrote her dissertation about the impact of 30 years of violent conflict in Northern Ireland on patterns of domestic violence against women. As part of her research, she conducted in-person research with survivors.

Rachel explains her desire to be a "more effective advocate for those who need one– for the voiceless, for those hurting and feeling alone."

SOAR for Justice is honored to present Rachel with a $500 scholarship to help finance her law school education.
